Three Trailers To Close Out the Year: 'White Lotus,' 'Zero Day,' and 'Novocaine'

White Lotus returns with Season Three in February. Once again Mike White has assembled an envious cast list. Natasha Rothwell’s spa manager Belinda Lindsey is the only returning character. She’ll be joined by Carrie Coon, Jason Isaacs, Parker Posey, Sam Nivola (The Perfect Couple), Patrick Schwarzenegger, Michelle Monaghan, Leslie Bibb, Blackpink’s Lalisa Manobal, and Walton Goggins.

The new season begins streaming on February 16 on Max.

Netflix dropped the Zero Day trailer on The Eve of The Eve and thought we wouldn’t notice. But we noticed, oh we noticed. I’m not particularly comforted by the idea of ex-President Robert DeNiro saving the day but I’m definitely intrigued.

The limited series also stars Lizzy Caplan, Jesse Plemons, Angela Bassett, Connie Britton, Matthew Modine, Clark Gregg, Gaby Hoffmann, Dan Stevens, McKinley Belcher III (Eric), Mozhan Navabi (The Blacklist), Edi Gathegi (Aporia), Bill Camp, and Mark Ivanir. It premieres February 20 on Netflix.

If we have to tolerate nepo babies at least some of them are as fun as Jack Quaid. His upcoming film, Novocaine, looks like it will keep fans of his work on The Boys and the rest of us, happy.

Along with Quaid, Novocaine also stars Amber Midthunder, Jacob Batalon (Reginald The Vampire), Betty Gabriel (Get Out), Matt Walsh, and fellow nepo baby Ray Nicholson (Smile 2). It opens in theaters on March 14th.

For the last bit of lagniappe of 2024 we look ahead to next Christmas when you can give a zombie your heart. But the very next day, he’ll come back for your brains.
