In these return to Butthole Times — 2Butt2Hole, if you will — it’s nice to see something good happen like Cristin Milioti scoring a Critics Choice Award for her performance in The Penguin. Turns out, just missing the cut for Marvel movies was a blessing because Milioti was given a shockingly meaty role with Sofia Falcone. She made a freaking meal of it. I still can’t believe I’m gushing about a Robert Battinson spinoff show, and yet here we are. That said, given my obsession with the fate of The Batman: Part II, did I wince when Milioti says she hopes she gets called up for the sequel? A little, a little. (IndieWire)
