It might be the holiday season but the present we're really forward to is the final season of Game Of Thrones.
And while we all have our theories as to how the series will wrap up and who will be sitting on the iron throne, we know there will be plenty of surprises. The HBO series has kept us on the edge of our seats with plot twists, and we know that it will happen again in the final 6 episodes.
Fan theories for Game Of Thrones season six...
And some fans have predicted the return of one of our favorite characters - Khal Drogo!
Played by Jason Momoa, Drogo could return for the season finale to the final battle with the White Walkers' army, according to a logical theory that leaves that possibility on the table. We'll tell you!
Khal Drogo returns to Game of Thrones?
According to reports from the Metro, there is a theory about Drogo that many fans would like to see come true. They think that the leader of the Dothraki will return for the great battle of ice and fire of the final season.
The theory suggests that all the characters who have been burned to death (or after they have died) could be resurrected in the same way as all ice creatures did, thanks to the Red God, R'hllor, invoked by Melisandre.
In that case, the battle might be quite even, for an army of dead would face another army of dead who could be on the side of the good. However, until we see Drogo we will not know which side he will be on, although he is quite likely to defend his beloved Khaleesi.
What other characters could return?
This would mean that in addition to Drogo, characters such as Loras Tyrell, Shireen Baratheon, and Ned Stark's father who died fiery deaths could all return from the ashes to fight on equal terms with the White Walkers.
The theory even proposes that Bran Stark could travel in time thanks to his powers to convince the Crazy King to casually kill more people in order to increase the number of revived dead that face the King of the Night.
Of course this is just speculation, but we think they make a lot of sense, and it would be a great way to bring fan favorites back into the story. Plus the return of Khal Drogo could result in a positive advantage against the walkers.
What do you think of theory? Will it be possible for Khal Drogo to return for the end of Game of Thrones?
