The 2018 Oscars was a big night for Latinos, from Coco winning its two nods to Guillermo del Toro nabbing four awards for The Shape of Water, including Best Director and Best Picture.
Hollywood favorites Jennifer Lawrence and Meryl Streep stole the show with their glorious existence, and the red carpet was filled with glamorous looks, such as Gina Rodriguez, Gael Garcia Bernal, and Zendaya. As Hollywood celebrated its biggest night, other celebs opted to stay home and ~basically~ go on a crazy rant. No, it wasn't Lindsay Lohan, but Macaulay Culkin.
The 37-year-old actor, who we fell in love with in the '90s for his starring role in Home Alone, live-tweeted throughout the entire event and swore he was "not watching" it. His Twitter rant even had its own hashtag #MackTweetsTheOscars. Observe below:
He assured he was "not watching" the awards show.
He threw shade at Dustin Diamond (a.k.a. Screech from Saved by the Bell).
He wore a tux and did other things instead of watching the show:
He joked about La La Land.
He made silly predictions.
He talked Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards.
He talked football.
He bashed The Shape of Water.
But in the end, we understand his anger.
