Every time you fry food it's the same hassle. Not only does oil splash on the stove, but at times it even hits the walls and dirties the pots! If you refuse to make fried foods because you can not take the dirt anymore, you need to learn a quick and efficient hack to prevent this from continuing to happen in the kitchen.
Hack for a spotless frying experience
Before adding the food to the frying pan, add a tablespoon of wheat flour to the hot oil that's already in the frying pan. Wait until you create a golden layer on the bottom of the frying pan.
Believe it or not, the flour in the oil creates a layer that's capable of absorbing all these water vapors safely to, not even, hurt your fingers and hands or splash all over your kitchen.
