Every parent out there knows how tough it can be to get your child to eat his fruits and veggies. Not Jacob's mom tho', she's got a masterplan.
Laleh Mohmedi is a proclaimed Food Artist from Melbourne, who became Insta-famous after flaunting her son's creative and yummy lunches—that she creates, all by herself.
In hopes of getting her 4-year-old son to eat healthily, Laleh began recreating his food into some of his favorite cartoon characters. He likes Winnie the Pooh. He likes Spongebob. He likes Minions. He likes Nemo. He likes them all.
On the daily, Jacob makes his requests before bedtime and every creative dish takes about 30 minutes to prepare, according to The Scene. On her blog, Jacobs Food Diaries, Laleh points out that this project was born in 2015 after her mom encouraged her to share her creativity on social media. In less than a month, it became a hit amongst parents.
"In June 2015 Jacob's Food Diaries was born! Within a few weeks, our page went viral gaining media attention all over the world!" she expressed. "Jacob's Food Diaries is all about making healthy food fun! We try to avoid refined sugar, salt and food colorings using mainly vegetables and natural ingredients to dye our food."
Can we all agree that Jacob's mom is putting lunch boxes to shame?
Wishing all our friends from around the world a Magical Christmas! What a fabulous year we have had at Jacob's Food Diaries so thank you to everyone who has joined us on this amazing journey!
